Steps 1. Connect the RS232 serial cable RS 485 / 232 1
(include in the PHU-232
connection kit) or RS485 serial
cable (include in the PHU-485
connection kit) to the Remote IN
port on the real panel.

Connect the other end of the
cable to the PC.

2. Connect the intermediate 2 RS 485 / 232
connector (include in the PHU-
232 or PHU-485 connection kit)
to the Remote OUT port on the
rear panel.
If the user is using a PC to send commands via RS485
Note (as shown in the figure), it is recommended to
connect a 120Ω resistor in parallel at the PC’s output
terminals — between RXD- & RXD+, and between
TXD- & TXD+.
